Elanio
A rosé with native roots
A wine ahead of its time. A very lively expression of the local tempranillo to which a touch of wood is added to make it more "winey", more modern and more profound.

Elanio 2009
With an intense raspberry colour, this is a powerful, fruity rosé with a sheen of complexity. In the nose it gives off extravagant hints of red fruit pulp and citrus peel, well wrapped in original odours of smoke, walnuts and dry earth. On the palate it feels very long, with a certain corpulence, very marked refreshing acidity, and final notes recalling flowers, cocoa and nutmeg.

DRINKING SUGGESTIONS
A rosé with volume and a strongly citrus nose with hints of white flowers to highlight the food in an aperitif. It can be served at 12 degrees to allow it to express the spicier aromas of the wood. At meals it is versatile with rice, pasta and salads and with Asian foods. Perfect with sushi. In summer or winter it is ready to evolve and grow in the nose backed by subtle ageing. It goes with the most substantial dishes, such as stews with read fruits or Indian or North African dishes. Always perfect with creamy cheeses made with raw milk as it can cope with their acidity.
