From the heart of Burgos’s Ribera del Duero region, we applaud his passion and dedication to the sommelier art, demonstrated once again in this prestigious championship.

Fernando, who has a deep connection with the wine culture of Castilla y León, exercises his masterful work in the family restaurant Rincón de España, https://www.rincondeespana.com, an emblem of the gastronomic tradition of Burgos since 1961. His recent triumph not only reaffirms his professional excellence but also underlines the wine wealth of our region.
