Harvested in 14 kg crates.
Whole bunch cold maceration at 8ºC for at least 24 hours.
Pressing and natural racking
Fermentation in 500 and 225 litres French oak barrels.
Lees contact and “batonnage”.
Limited production: 1.701 bottles
Best served between 6 and 8º.
Alcohol: 13º.

Pale straw yellow colour. Translucent, clean and bright.
Fragrant and delicate, with aromas of white peach, honeyed white flowers, aromatic herbs, mineral and balsamic. It has a unique smoky and toasted note in the finish.

This variety is like Castilian people, rough, difficult, and complicated at first , but after time and gaining trust, there is great generosity and versatility.
Although a significantly lower percentage of the white variety Albillo Mayor was harvested (50% less). With balanced and well-integrated acidity, the young wines made from this grape are floral and fruity, but it is in the ageing wines where the full potential of this typically riparian variety lies.
